CHICAGO -BTN LiveBIG continues Tuesday with stories about Northwestern?s work with sea otters at Chicago?s Shedd Aquarium, a youth mentoring program for high school students interested in journalism and the university?s first international campus in Qatar. The episode will air at approximately 11:30 PM ET Tuesday following the Purdue at Northwestern men?s basketball game.

This episode includes a team of engineering students working to provide Chicago?s Shedd Aquarium with a new structure in the sea otter exhibit that expands everyday activity for each of the animals.  Also featured in the episode is Northwestern?s Medill Media Teens program, where Journalism undergraduates mentor Chicago high school students interested in news reporting.

The show will also feature a look at Northwestern?s first international branch in Qatar, NU-Q. The campus opened in 2008 and gives students abroad a chance to earn degrees in journalism and communications. Also during the show, Northwestern men?s basketball coach Chris Collins and football coach Pat Fitzgerald share with viewers their devotion to giving back to the local community.
