The third quarter was so slow, the teams combined for more punts than points, and the margin is still seven, as Ohio State leads 14-7. Both teams saw their defenses make stands, forcing three punts in the quarter.
The Buckeyes stuffed the run, giving up just 16 yards on the ground in the quarter.
Wisconsin has possession on Ohio State's 23-yard line to start the fourth quarter.
