(AP) Indiana forward Will Sheehey has injured his lower left leg and is listed as day-to-day. In a release issued late Wednesday night, the 17th-ranked Hoosiers said the injury occurred during practice earlier in the day. The sophomore forward has played a key role in Indiana's resurgence. He is one of five Hoosiers scoring in double figures (10.7) and is the second-highest scoring non-starter in the Big Ten. Read the full AP story.
Sheehey did not play in Thursday night's 89-47 win over UMBC, but Indiana didn't really need him. The Hoosiers (12-0) open Big Ten play Wednesday at Michigan State.
