Saturday was Homecoming in Happy Valley, and a familiar face served as Penn State's Homecoming Grand Marshal: Adam Taliaferro. Taliaferro, of course, was paralyzed during a game in the 2000 season. The former Nittany Lion defensive back has made a full recovery and has a good life, he told our Lisa Byington during a sideline interview Saturday. On the injury: "The injury was bad," Taliaferro said. "But everything that has happened afterward has been a blessing." Watch our entire interview with Taliaferro now.
The Nittany Lions beat Purdue on Saturday, 23-18, to move to 3-0 in the Leaders Division. Penn State (6-1) plays at Northwestern next Saturday.
