The Huskers, playing their first Big Ten home game, rallied from a 21-point halftime deficit to card the biggest comeback in program history. Trailing 27-6 minutes into the third quarter, things were not looking good at all. But Taylor Martinez soon caught fire and accounted for three touchdowns, including a pair of touchdown passes, in the next 14-plus minutes, setting up Rex Burkhead's game-winning scoring scamper with 5:10 left.
