Downpour at Kinnick Stadium

If you were flipping around watching college football this afternoon, you probably noticed that the weather for almost every game was bright and sunny. This was not the case in Iowa City, where play between Iowa and Tennessee Tech was suspended due to weather. A thunderstorm moved during the second half  and halted the action with Iowa shutting out their visitors, 34-0. Watch the video now and you can see how a downpour at Kinnick Stadium sent water cascading down the steps and benches, looking just like a mini-waterfall.  Fans and players have left the field and stands and are currently waiting out the storm inside the stadium.
