Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith visited Ohio State practice during our BTN Football Tour in August. It's been an eventful offseason in Columbus, to say the least. It's no secret Ohio State has distractions standing in its way, but it is a program that reloads and overcomes adversity. The Buckeyes open the season Sept. 3 against Akron. Watch all our Ohio State Preview video inside.

Despite all the departures on Ohio State's perennially stout defense, co-defensive coordinator Jim Heacock is back. And he's been a huge part of the Buckeyes allowing a nation's best 13.6 ppg since 2005.
