Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith caught up with Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema on our BTN Football Tour in August. The Badgers, fresh off a shared Big Ten championship and a Rose Bowl berth, expect great things again this fall. While Wisconsin lost a lot of talent, from J.J. Watt to Gabe Carimi, among others, it returns more than its share of stars on both sides of the ball, including North Carolina State transfer Russell Wilson. The Badgers open the season Sept. 1 against UNLV. Watch more Wisconsin Tour videos inside.
Russell Wilson had a choice: Minor league baseball or college football? After the three-year star at North Carolina State decided on the latter, he had to decide between reigning national champ Auburn and Wisconsin. Wilson, of course, went with Wisconsin, and now he'll anchor an offense that returns two of the Big Ten's elite running backs, Montee Ball and James White.
Linebacker Chris Borland says his shoulders are healed. But how's he's handling the position change, from outside linebacker to middle linebacker? Find out inside.
Offensive coordinator Paul Chryst has a new toy this season, and his name is Russell Wilson. The former North Carolina State star gives the Badgers a dynamic they aren't used to having under center in Madison.
Which Badgers do Coach and Howard think Big Ten fans should look out for in 2011? Find out below.
