Hey, Purdue fans, want to see your face on the Purdue helmet this year? You can make it happen. Really. Purdue announced Wednesday that students who buy a VIP card (PDF) by June 10 will have their face featured in a collage inside the "P" logo for the "Social Media Game" on Sept. 27 vs. Iowa.

This is a creative idea, one that can only increase student ticket sales and student interest. It's a win-win. Only question is, will other teams copy the idea? Or, maybe, do the same with player numbers?

Students interested in having their face on the helmet must submit a photo of themselves wearing Purdue gear to sportspromo@purdue.edu by noon ET Friday, June 13.

After the game, according to Purdue, the team will email the students a digital copy of the final helmet sticker.
