Video: Michigan football introduces 3D team poster

Here’s something really cool: Michigan has gone 3D on its 2013 football poster. Look at it one way, and you see the Michigan stars of today; look at it another way, and you see the Michigan stars of the past. Watch the Vine video of the poster in this post.

According to a tweet from Darren Rovell (@darrenrovell), the slick poster can be yours for $10. So, get after it Wolverine fans!

martiss_78,

I think the “Michigan stars of the past” are actually the guys who have “Legends patches.”

There’s the Wistert brothers (#11), Desmond (#21), Oosterbaan and Ford (#47, #48), and Kramer (#87). Not all of the jerseys are visible, and excepting Ford, I can’t recognize the unnumbered by face.

But Tom Harmon is also on there (ol’ 98). He has a retired jersey that isn’t yet recirculated via Legends Patch. I think we can expect that one this year, though I have no idea who will wear that jersey now (obviously with new jersey rules it cannot be a skill position kid). Woodson will likely come immediately thereafter. I bet Jabrill or Dymonte are the first ones to get the Woodson-Legend jersey.
