Evanston’s Lincoln Elementary School has partnered with Northwestern for the “Gotcha Ball Kid Program” that rewards students’ good behavior with opportunities to be a ball kid at Northwestern men’s and women’s basketball games. When Lincoln students display exceptional sportsmanship, teamwork and respect, they receive a special purple Northwestern “gotcha” from a teacher or school staff member.

The result was a half-hearted court storming.
