Indiana earns No. 1 seed in Big Ten baseball tourney

Fresh off its first outright Big Ten title since 1932, Indiana will be the No. 1 seed in the Big Ten baseball tournament Wednesday-Saturday (Sunday, if necessary) at Target Field. The Hoosiers, along with Ohio State, earned a first-round bye in the six-team, double-elimination tourney that opens at 1:05 p.m. ET Wednesday. All 10 games will air live on BTN/BTN2Go.

Q&A: Limegrover refining Gophers’ attack

It’s a slow, steady process, but the Minnesota offense is coming on as Jerry Kill continues to put his mark on the program entering his third year in the Twin Cities. Offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Matt Limegrover’s attack ranked 10th in the Big Ten in 2012 (321.4 ypg). And the offense was ninth in scoring (22.1 ppg).
