Watch Amara Darboh make highlight-reel one-handed grab

Just last week, people were talking about Michigan State wide receiver Aaron Burbridge’s amazing touchdown grab as the “catch of the year.” [ MORE: Watch De’Veon Smith run for wild touchdown ] Another week, another honoree. The latest entrant also came in the state of Michigan, this time via Michigan wide receiver Amara Darboh, who hauled in a one-handed grab that reminded some of Odell Beckham Jr.’s circus catch last season. Watch the ridiculous one-handed catch in the tweet above. What a week for Darboh, huh? Earlier this week, the Sierra Leone native became a United States citizen. Congratulations, Amara!

Future MLB Hall of Famer Derek Jeter attends BYU-Michigan game

Derek Jeter is a Michigan fan, and the football program honored the former Wolverines’ baseball signee Saturday morning. [ MORE: Like this post? Check out our full Gone Viral section! ] Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh presented the former Kalamazoo Central High star and future MLB Hall of Famer with a personalized No. 2 Wolverines jersey. The Maryland Terrapins will host the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, Oct. 3 in both teams’ first Big Ten Conference game of the season, and BTN is bringing its show on the road.
