The race to win the Big Ten East is riveting theatre. Who will take the title? Michigan controls its destiny: Win at Ohio State, win the East.

But if the Buckeyes topple Michigan, that would open the door for Penn State to win the division so long as the Nittany Lions beat visiting Michigan State.

And don?t count out Ohio State. The Buckeyes can win the division by taking down Michigan and then watching Penn State lose to the Spartans.

So, who will it be? I asked some media members for their pick.

Dennis Dodd, CBSSports.com: Penn State. The Nittany Lions aren?t the best team in the East but head-to-head is head-to-head. In that scenario, have to think Big Ten champ AND Ohio State will make it to CFP.

Nathan Baird, Lafayette Journal & Courier: Penn State. I still think Ohio State is the best team and will beat Michigan. But the Nittany Lions should take care of Michigan State and quash the tiebreakers.

Tom Kakert, HawkeyeReport.com: I would have picked Michigan prior to the injury at quarterback. With the uncertainty there and the game being played in Columbus, I think the Buckeyes win that game and after Penn State beats Michigan State, that sends the Nittany Lions to Indy.

Lee Barfknecht, Omaha World-Herald: Ohio State 24, Michigan 10. It's all about the quarterback, folks, and it always has been. And Penn State still takes care of business at home.
