Big Ten women's lacrosse fans were treated to a pair of incredible semifinal games on Friday.

No. 2-seeded Penn State kicked off the action with an impressive 13-10 victory over No. 3 Northwestern.

No. 4 Ohio State followed that up with a memorable 11-10 upset win over No. 1 and reigning national champ Maryland. With the victory, the Buckeyes captured their first-ever win over a top-ranked team in program history. OSU's incredible win also snapped Maryland's 27-game win streak.

Penn State will take on Ohio State in the women's Big Ten championship game at noon ET on Sunday.
