Here is Big Ten news every fan can enjoy and feel good about.

Ohio State pitcher Zach Farmer, who is fighting leukemia and missed most of the 2014 season, tweeted Thursday that his blood levels are all normal for the first time since April.

This is excellent. Keep fighting, Zach!

The southpaw compiled a 6-4 record and a 3.28 ERA in his freshman season before being diagnosed. Farmer is not on the 2015 roster but is expected to return in 2016.
