Penn State fans won't soon forget two plays from Saturday night's 31-24 double overtime loss to No. 12 Ohio State.

First, there was the early controversial Vonn Bell interception that was reviewed and upheld, leading to an Ohio State touchdown, the first points of the game. Replays showed that the ball hit the ground.

Then, on Ohio State's field goal to go ahead 10-0 early in the second quarter, the play clock appeared to expire three seconds before the ball was snapped.

See what referee John O'Neill and replay official Tom Fielder had to say about both plays in the picture above.
