Michigan State?s playoff stock continues to rise following another win. This week, I have the Spartans (6-1, 3-0) as a No. 3 seed playing in the Rose Bowl vs. No. 2 Ole Miss.

I also have slotted Ohio State (5-1, 2-0) into a New Year?s Day Bowl. But the Buckeyes easily could replace the Spartans in the playoffs if they win out, including a victory in the much-anticipated Nov. 8 tussle at Michigan State.

In all, I have 10 Big Ten teams bowling for the third consecutive week.

For what it's worth, three teams (Michigan State, Minnesota and Nebraska) already have reached bowl eligibility. Four (Iowa, Maryland, Ohio State and Rutgers) are just one win away.

Here?s a look at this week?s Big Ten Bowl Projections.

Rose: Michigan State vs. Mississippi
Fiesta: Ohio State vs. Mississippi State
Capital One: Nebraska vs. Auburn
Outback: Minnesota vs. Missouri
Holiday: Wisconsin vs. Arizona State
TaxSlayer: Maryland vs. South Carolina
SanFrancisco: Iowa vs. UCLA
Pinstripe: Penn State vs. Louisville
Quick Lane: Northwestern vs. BC
Heart of Dallas: Rutgers vs. UAB
