whoopee do! Compare last years pre-season polls to the final- not too accurate – time to play some football and get on with the real thing !]

Glaring error here — clearly the Michigan Wolverines are poised for a comeback season under the proven leadership of the ever-charismatic field general Bra…you know what, I’m just going to put a bag over my head and accept that we’re losing at least 5 games again this year. I’ll just get basketball tickets instead. Maybe Beilein should coach the football team.

actually I am shocked Michigan isn’t ranked, maybe after 7 years the people have actually learned something !

revrn2 on 7/31/2014 @ 3:21pm EST Said:

Well this looks all & good until the games actually start. ohio will have 2-3 losses this year. Rest of BigTen who knows up for grabs. SEC nothing really there. ACC maybe, PAC 12 probably.

CDogIA on 7/31/2014 @ 3:56pm EST Said:

Seriously? Nebraska at #22. That is a joke if i’ve ever seen one.

Trom Boner on 7/31/2014 @ 6:11pm EST Said:

This is always a joke. NIU is laughable at best.

Hawks finally get a W on 7/31/2014 @ 9:48pm EST Said:

Against the Skers third string QB and all of sudden NE is a joke?! Now that is laughable…
Everyone knows preseason polls are for debate. A team that’s won 9 to 10 games 6 yrs in a row should fall somewhere in the 20’s. Very logical…

Not one non-power conference team!

Why is Wisconsin so high? Why is ND ranked? Why is Missouri not ranked? Iowa could be ranked as well . . .

I have to disagree strongly with revrn2, when he states that “ohio will have 2-3 losses this year. Rest of BigTen who knows up for grabs.” I think Ohio — in the MAC — is likely to have five or six losses this year. Ohio State — the school in the Big Ten — will have only one loss at most.
