Outside of Barack Obama, it feels like Johnny Manziel is the most talked about person in the country these days. Well, not so fast…

Stamper's Grill Pub, a bar located in Fairview, Ohio, put up a sign in their parking lot, which reads "Manziel can wait. This is Hoyer Country."

Hoyer, who was a two-year starter at Michigan State in 2007 and 08, is from Lakewood, Ohio, which is just down the street from the bar. He led the Browns to consecutive victories over the Minnesota Vikings and Cincinnati Bengals, before tearing his ACL in the Browns' win over Buffalo. After Hoyer went down, Cleveland lost 10 of its final 11 games.

From the looks of it, this is one area that is certainly in support of the former Spartan standout quarterback.

Johnny who?
