Seriously? People actually think Michigan has a chance to beat Ohio State?
Further proof Michigan fans are delusional. Have the 16% of the fans who voted for Michigan in that contest (as of the time I voted) even watched a Michigan game this year? They’ve failed to even crack 200 TOTAL yards in like 4 games. If it hadn’t been for their blow-up against Indiana’s high school defense they’d be at the bottom of the league in offensive yardage.

Jeffrey Ruth on 11/27/2013 @ 11:35am EDT Said:

Michigan starts a long winning streak this weekend. This game against OSU is set up to be discussed for years.

Patrice on 11/27/2013 @ 12:06pm EDT Said:

We may be delusional huskerfanbb…but it is just too painful to click on the Ohio button…I have watched all of the games and agree with your overall analysis…but Hope does spring eternal…GO BLUE

keypounder on 11/27/2013 @ 12:19pm EDT Said:

What makes one wonder is Vegas only favoring OSU by 12 pts-IF the team from up north has a couple of early turnovers it could be a rout of historical proportions–GO BUCKS!!!!

Keith B McGlothin (@BrksfromthePnd) on 11/27/2013 @ 12:39pm EDT Said:

Michigan is MOST dangerous when they have nothing to lose, a BAD Michigan team is a DANGEROUS Michigan team. OSU losing THIS game takes the taste out of playing for a B1G Championship. Losing would ELIMINATE any chance of playing for the BCS, which is not possible EVEN if they win out. Losing and getting help, is hilarious. Losing to Michigan, or Michigan St, makes winning 25 in a row MEANINGLESS. I like OSU to win, I think DEFENSIVELY they get it done, Miller CAN’T turn the ball over, and if Michigan manages to stay close, it could be a disappointing result

Chuck on 11/27/2013 @ 1:12pm EDT Said:

Rember the “Snow Bowl” OSU was favored over the NFL Vikings. Hows the weather in Ann Arbor?

    keypounder on 11/27/2013 @ 1:28pm EDT Said:

IF the weather is inclimate the Turquoise Blue and Yeller willl fumble six times —-in the first half

doug mack on 11/27/2013 @ 2:42pm EDT Said:

gophers upset Michigan state. Spartans are at choking a game or two a year. this is the one.

huskerfanbb on 11/27/2013 @ 2:47pm EDT Said:

Well, I can agree with that logic as a fan of a team that’s had a rather disappointing season, myself.
Not going to happen, but I can see not being able to bring yourself to click the other button.

Kelly on 11/27/2013 @ 3:12pm EDT Said:

Patrice, I’d feel the same way if the shoe were on the other foot….but I’m a Buckeye fan and know that Meechigan is going to get crushed. The only sad thing is that Hokie may get fired after this season.

Moonunit on 11/27/2013 @ 3:22pm EDT Said:

Let me convey my condolences to all the BIG BLUE fans out there prior to the Whoppin their team is about to receive. Certainly not a Buckeye fan as I’m a true Husker. Just trying to be sympathetic toward all of the good Michiganers out there.

Al Sinbiscalchi on 11/27/2013 @ 3:22pm EDT Said:

to huskerfanbb. if 33 % of the country can support a liar as leader we surly can support Michigan at this and every time. God bless and Go Blue

KiawahMike on 11/27/2013 @ 4:23pm EDT Said:

I agree with Patrice. As a loyal Spartan, this is the one weekend of the year where I’m rooting for the Maze and Blue… Can never click the OSU button. I’m hoping that Michigan will really bang up OSU to soften them up for a Spartan kill. I want to smell the roses!

joan tinker on 11/27/2013 @ 5:40pm EDT Said:

OSU had a bye and still had more rushing yards than _ichigan that week.

Ohio State will likely “keep the pedal all the way to the floor” on the Walmart Weasels!
I’d look for Ohio state to humiliate weasels by 30 points at least!
The BIG in the ground…will be filing out by the third quarter!

No team is going to get a 100% vote. I think Ohio State will win. But most people thought Miami would win the National Championship about a decade ago, the trophy is in Columbus.

Mike Vamosi on 11/27/2013 @ 10:25pm EDT Said:

Surprised that Iowa is leading this vote where all the analyst like Nebraska. I think the Huskers win but interesting to see how the vote is going.

Zebulon Strait on 11/27/2013 @ 10:39pm EDT Said:

Stephen Bardo (@stephenbardo) Your Picking Minnesota to upset MSU at home on senior day. ARE YOU CRAZY?

Josh from Virginia on 11/28/2013 @ 1:23am EDT Said:

If PSU beat Wisconsin, it would not only knock Wisconsin out of the at-large bcs bid, but it might also be enough to help keep an 11-1 UCF team ahead of the B1G championship loser (MSU?). Enjoy that bowl money, Big Ten.

Joe on 11/28/2013 @ 10:43am EDT Said:

I’m not surprised about the Iowa poll, Mike. Last year, the Huskers beat a terrible Iowa team by only 6 points. Iowa is a much better team this year, and the Huskers are pretty banged up. Home field advantage is all that Nebraska has going for it tomorrow. Iowa is 2-1 on trophy games this year and has a great road record. It’s going to be close, but i think the Hawks will pull it off.

huskerfanbb on 11/28/2013 @ 12:02pm EDT Said:

But that was a far different scenario. That game featured two quality teams. Sure, one was a decided favorite and the supposed underdog won, but that isn’t remotely the same scenario.
Again,Michigan hasn’t even been able to crack 200 TOTAL yards, lately.

Jim O on 11/28/2013 @ 2:37pm EDT Said:

Looks like the fans don’t agree with your experts on Iowa/Nebraska. Go Hawks!

Doug on 11/28/2013 @ 8:02pm EDT Said:

stephen bardo and doug mack predicting Minny to win @ MSU on senior day, that is the funniest thing I have read in a long time, thank you !

Tony on 11/29/2013 @ 5:50pm EDT Said:

All of the people talking about Michigan having a chance should go to google and search the phrase “Coach Hoke has lost the team”.

Several Michigan-sympathetic news sources have confirmed the legitimacy of the article.

I personally want Hoke and Borges to go, because I want the OSU/Michigan game to be interesting in the coming years.

Gerry Courtney on 11/29/2013 @ 6:00pm EDT Said:

Ohio State 42 _ichigan 7? From your lips to God’s ears! I hope you are right.

akble on 11/29/2013 @ 7:42pm EDT Said:

Mike- as you found out today the fans are probably less impressed with Nebraska’s reputation as the so called “experts ” are. This is solid Iowa football team with only 4 losses to 4 teams in the BCS T18 with combined record of 41-4 and the games were all decided in 4th Qt. Nebraska, Michigan and Minnesota’s lines on both side the ball were dominated by the Hawkeyes. Iowa did not have Illinois, Indiana or Penn State on their schedule. Hawkeyes head and shoulders above everyone in B10 except OSU , Wisc and MSU.
Possibly the best 4 loss team in the country.

Rev Paul Dobberstein on 11/30/2013 @ 7:57am EDT Said:

OSU annhalates Michigan! Go NU vs. Illinois.

Hawkeyefan on 11/30/2013 @ 9:21am EDT Said:

Iowas 4 Losses are to Top 15 schools actually. And the combined record of the 4 that beat them is 42-3. But i get what you mean. I told Nebraska fans all year that they would get beat. I said by 10. I was wrong. It was 21. Will be a fun day at work on Monday!

akble on 11/30/2013 @ 12:01pm EDT Said:

you are correct on both counts Hawkeyefan – I knew both but was caught up in the BB game and had brain fart. I was not at all surprised at final and had stated after the Mich game 2-3 TDs minimum. Obviously these “experts on BTN do little homework when it comes to FB. they have ignored Iowa all year – understandable up to Mn game but since then they for some strange reason been Gopher fans and forgot how the Hawks completely dominated them. After today 45-3 opponent record and 4 teams in T12 BCS. Will be interesting if the 13 votes MN and Mich received in T25 vote while Hawks get 0 will change next week
