It is now a penality to block someone “legally” when a zebra feels you don’t need the block? Or is this just more of the Happy Valley bull-**** calls that have been going on for decades? (See Penn State-Nebr 1982, Penn State-Alabama 1983, Penn State-Pitt 1983 for examples! There are many, many more!!)

astonishingly bad call….and the worst part was that they refs huddled up, talked it over and still blew it. The block was legal, the play was not over, the defender was not defenseless and there was no targeting!
