Jack Hoffman continues to make people smile. It all started with the Nebraska fan and seven-year-old brain cancer patient's memorable touchdown run in Nebraska's Red-White Spring Game. It continued later that day, when Hoffman received the Game Ball from Bo Pelini.

The momentum didn't slow following the spring game, though. Ever since the touching moment at Memorial Stadium, Hoffman has been featured on sports platforms across the globe – he even received a personal Upper Deck trading card.

And today, Hoffman was in Washington D.C. to meet President Obama. What a story.
