Traevon Jackson made a contested 3-pointer at the buzzer and finished with 15 points, and No. 22 Wisconsin survived an upset scare from Penn State with a 63-60 win Sunday in its regular-season finale. The Badgers (21-10, 12-6 Big Ten) went the length of the court with less than 4 seconds left. Jackson pulled up at the wing and made the 3 over the outstretched arm of Kevin Montminy.

Officials upheld the basket on the review, and anxious fans at the Jordan Center let out a collective sigh of disappointment.

Jermaine Marshall finished with 23 points for Penn State (10-20, 2-16).

FINAL: Traevon Jackson hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to lift No. 22 Wisconsin past upset-minded Penn State, 63-60, on Sunday at the Bryce Jordan Center. Jackson scored 15 points, grabbed five rebounds, contributed four assists, and made 6-of-11 shots from the floor. Jared Berggren also had a big game, with 12 points and 10 rebounds. The Badgers and Penn State (10-20) traded leads throughout the game, as the contest featured 18 lead changes. Wisconsin also got double-digit games from Ben Brust (13 points) and Sam Dekker (14 points). Jermaine Marshall contributed 23 points and pulled down five rebounds for the Nittany Lions in the game. Penn State also got a double-digit contribution from D.J. Newbill (22 points).

HALFTIME: Penn State leads 25-24 over No. 22 Wisconsin at the half thanks to Jermaine Marshall and D.J. Newbill each pouring in 10 points. The Nittany Lions trailed 18-11 when they broke out for a 10-0 run to overtake the Badgers and seize a three-point lead. Wisconsin shared the ball, finishing with six assists on 10 field goals in the first half. Ben Brust scored 10 points to lead the way for the Badgers.
