The Big Ten Conference released its weekly Wrestler of the Week honor Tuesday. The latest award of the season went to Penn State's David Taylor. See what he did to earn the honor in this post.

Wrestler of the Week: David Taylor, Penn State, 165 - So. - St. Paris, Ohio - St. Paris Graham

  • Won five bouts, including three pins, to claim the 165-pound title at the Southern Scuffle
  • Pinned Gardner Webb?s Justin Guthrie in 1:54 in the first round, following with a 21-6 technical fall against Old Dominion?s Tristan Warner and a pin in 2:13 against North Carolina?s John Staudenmayer
  • Earned a 12-3 major decision over Appalachian State?s 20th-ranked Kyle Blevins in the semifinals before pinning Minnesota?s 10th-ranked Cody Yohn in 2:34 to earn the title
  • Named the Southern Scuffle Most Outstanding Wrestler
  • Helped No. 5 Penn State earn the tournament?s team crown
  • Ranked No. 1 in the country at 165 pounds
  • Collects the first weekly Big Ten honor of his career
