According to the team release, the uniform "seamlessly blends a retro design that pays tribute to Nebraska?s classic signature style with cutting-edge innovation."

The best part of the design is the nod to the mesh jersey Nebraska wore during the 1990s.

For those who don't remember or who weren't born yet, the 1997 team went 13-0 and finished with five All-Americans, the Lombardi Award winner and the Outland Trophy winner.
