One of the most anticpated annual preseason college football coundtowns came a close Friday.

That would be SI's Bruce Fledman's "Freaks" list, which, as Feldman writes, is compiled to "showcase the guys who create some of the biggest buzz inside their programs by displaying the rare physical abilities that wow folks who are typically used to observing gifted athletes."

To the surprise of no one, Penn State running back Saquon Barkley tops the prestigious list that includes five other Big Ten stars.
