It's official: Northwestern is ranked for the first time since the 2009-10 season.

The latest AP poll, released Monday, has the 18-4 Wildcats ranked No. 25.

As for other Big Ten teams, Wisconsin and Maryland move up to No. 10 and No. 17, respectively, while Purdue, fresh off Sunday's loss at Nebraska, fall to No. 23.
