The Super Bowl LI matchup is set, and thirteen former Big Ten stars are listed on the active rosters for the New England Patriots (7) and Atlanta Falcons (6).

Four-time Super Bowl champ and three time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady (Michigan) headlines the Big Ten names.

Ten of the Big Ten schools feature at least one former Big Ten player, with Michigan, Minnesota and Purdue all leading the way with two.

Rutgers has four players (New England's Duron Harmon, Ryan Logan and Devin McCourty and Atlanta's Mohamed Sanu), but all of them played before the Scarlet Knights joined the Big Ten. Penn State has one, as well, in former Nittany Lions lacrosse player and New England's Chris Hogan, who used his final year of eligibility to play football at Monmouth.
