The Huskers, who will take on Texas in the national semifinals, swept Washington (25-16, 25-10, 25-21), while the Golden Gophers, who will face Stanford, topped UCLA in straight sets (25-23, 25-20, 25-22).

Amazingly, this marks the fifth time in the last eight seasons that the Big Ten has put two teams in the national semifinals. More amazingly, the Big Ten owns seven of the last nine national championships.

The national semifinals will be held Thursday at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, and the championship match is Saturday.
