The latest AP and Coaches polls were released Tuesday, and a quartet of Big Ten teams are ranked in the top 10 of the latter ranking.

As it did in the preseason Coaches poll, Ohio State leads the way, at No. 4, while Michigan (No. 6), Michigan State (No. 8) and Iowa (No. 10) round out the Big Ten's top 10 teams. Wisconsin, which was unranked before rallying past then-No. 5 LSU on Saturday at Lambeau Field, debuts at No. 16.

As for the AP poll, Wisconsin debuting at No. 10 is the biggest Big Ten storyline. Or, is it Ohio State (No. 4) and Michigan (No. 5) moving into the top 5? See both of the polls below.

Ohio State moves to No.4 in the AP Poll, which marks the fifth straight season that the Buckeyes have spent at least one week in the AP Top 5. If you go back further, they?ve been ranked in the Top 5 in 11 of the last 12 seasons, failing to do so only in 2011 when Luke Fickell was head coach.

Michigan moved into the Top 5 for the first time since the 2007 preseason poll. That season, they were ranked fifth before losing to Appalachian State. It?s the first time that the Wolverines and Buckeyes are both in the Top 5 in the same poll since Dec. 3, 2006 when Ohio State was No. 1 and Michigan was third. Michigan is one of four teams to receive a first place vote in this week?s poll, joining Alabama, Clemson, and Florida State.

Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles Daily News is the only voter to rank the Wolverines No. 1, but he also was the only voter to do so in the preseason AP Poll as well.

Wisconsin was unranked in the preseason AP Poll for the first time since 2009. They went from unranked to No. 10 after beating LSU. That is the tied for fifth-highest jump in a single week in the modern-era of the AP Poll (since 1968 when they started ranking 20 teams) and it?s tied for the highest jump in a single week in the last 40 seasons.
