Melvin Gordon's 408-yard NCAA record performance was one that Wisconsin and Big Ten fans will remember for a long time. In fact, it felt like Gordon was playing in a video game at times.

Well, one Nebraska fan took it to a new level and created a Tecmo Bowl version of what Gordon's game would have looked like.

It's basically "Gordon" toying with "Nebraska," running circles around the defense and bowling over defenders for 1:40, before crossing the goal line.

The coolest part? As Gordon readies to enter the end zone, the video is set to Wisconsin play-by-play man Matt Lepay's memorable call of the record-setting run.

Check it all out in the video above.

Of course, Gordon's 408-yard performance broke LaDainian Tomlinson's record of 406 rushing yards, set in 1999. Gordon broke the record in just three quarters and on 25 carries, 18 fewer than Tomlinson.

The Badgers' star running back leads the nation with 1,909 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns through 10 games this season.

Gordon and the Badgers take on rival Iowa at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in Iowa City.
