Strength and conditioning is no joke. Players spent countless hours lifting weights and getting their bodies in the ultimate game shape. We don't always see great visual proof of the body transformations, but Ohio State linebacker Joshua Perry recently posted it to his Instagram account. Perry shared a picture that shows a side-by-side of his body from January 2012 until today. See the picture in this post.

Impressive! Long story short, Perry, with the help of respected strength and conditioning coach Mickey Marotti, has added 31 pounds of muscle.
