A couple years ago, the idea of a college football team lining up in different helmets during a spring game was the furthest thing from fans' minds. Times have changed, though, and a majority of teams boast at least two helmets to choose from every week. In this weekend's spring action alone, we saw a trio of Big Ten teams divide their squads by helmet design.

Those teams, of course, were Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State and Northwestern. See all four dual-helmet looks in the videos below.
Illinois orange and matte blue helmets:
