Illinois 21, Oakland 8: BOX; Illinois 3, Oakland 2: BOX
Illinois swept a doubleheader over Oakland on Saturday in a pair of very different games at Illinois Field. The Illini scored their most runs under head coach Dan Hartleb in a 21-8 victory in game one and followed it up with solid pitching in a 3-2 win over the Grizzlies in game two. Indiana 16, Iowa 5: BOX
Indiana lambasted Iowa, 16-5, in the series opener Saturdya. The Hoosiers (20-3, 4-0 Big Ten) banged out 23 hits, from 11 different players, en route to extending their winning streak to a school-record against Division-I teams, 13 games. Michigan 11, Minnesota 3: BOX; Minnesota 2, Michigan 1: BOX
The University of Michigan baseball team recorded 16 hits and scored in six of the eight innings in the 11-3 win over Minnesota in the opener of a Big Ten doubleheader Saturday afternoon (March 30) at the Wilpon Complex, home of Ray Fisher Stadium. Nebraska 8, Northwestern 5: BOX
Trailing 4-0 heading into the bottom of the seventh inning, the Nebraska baseball team (10-15, 4-1 Big Ten) took advantage of three Northwestern errors to score five runs on four hits. After the Wildcats knotted the game, 5-5, in the top of the eight, the Huskers added three runs in the bottom of the eighth to power their way to a series win over the Wildcats (10-8, 2-3 Big Ten) in front of 4,003 fans at Hawks Field. Ohio State 8, Michigan State 3: BOX
The Ohio State baseball team evened the series with an 8-3 victory over Michigan State Saturday afternoon at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. With the win, the Buckeyes improve to 16-7, 4-1 in Big Ten play, while the Spartans fall to 14-8, 1-1 in conference play. Read full OhioStateBuckeyes.com recap.

Purdue 5, Penn State 4 (10): BOX
Sean McHugh delivered a two-out RBI single to knock in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning, lifting Purdue baseball to a 5-4 victory at Penn State Saturday afternoon that clinched a weekend series win for the Boilermakers. Purdue (9-14, 2-3 Big Ten) won its sixth straight series against the Nittany Lions (5-17, 0-5 Big Ten) dating back to 2008. The Boilermakers have won 16 of the 21 games during that stretch.
