The Big Ten opened the NCAA tourney with a pair of wins Saturday, and it racked up four more wins Sunday to complete the first round of action with a perfect 6-0 record. Get stats and recap from all four of Sunday's games in this post.

Iowa 69. Miami (Fla.) 53: BOX | AP RECAP
Samantha Logic had 23 points with 11 rebounds and host Iowa beat eighth-seeded Miami 69-53 on Sunday night, snapping a two-game losing streak in the NCAA tournament. Melissa Dixon added 13 points in the second half for the Hawkeyes (21-12), which will face top-seeded Notre Dame Tuesday night in Iowa City.

Michigan 60, Villanova 52: BOX | AP RECAP
Kate Thompson hit a key 3-pointer down the stretch and another late jumper to finish with 17 points, and No. 8 seed Michigan overcame a cold-shooting first half to beat ninth-seeded Villanova 60-52 in the first round of the NCAA tournament Sunday night. Jenny Ryan added 13 points, three assists and two steals as a close-knit Wolverines starting lineup featuring four seniors extended their season for another game by shooting 61.9 percent in the second half.

Penn State 85, Cal Poly 55: BOX | AP RECAP
Maggie Lucas scored 19 points, Alex Bentley added 18 and third-seeded Penn State overwhelmed NCAA women's tournament newcomer Cal Poly 85-55 in a first-round game Sunday night. While the dynamic Lucas scored from all over the court, Penn State (26-5) also used its size advantage to assert itself inside on both ends.

Purdue 77, Liberty 43: BOX | AP RECAP
Courtney Moses scored 21 points, hitting 5 of 8 from 3-point range, and fourth-seeded Purdue routed Liberty 77-43 Sunday in the opening round of the NCAA tournament. The Boilermakers (25-8) improved to 19-1 in the first round with their 16th straight victory to open the tournament. They will play No. 5 seed Louisville or 12th-seeded Middle Tennessee in the second round Tuesday night of the Oklahoma City regional.
