Some feel that Iowa will be dancing if it can upset Michigan State in Friday's fourth and final Big Ten tourney quarterfinal at the United Center. A lot of things can happen between now and Selection Sunday, though. Still, just for fun, I proposed this question to my Iowa Twitter followers: What would you do for a win tonight?
