In the third quarter, Michigan’s Jeremy Gallon stood out. He caught two passes for 57 yards and one touchdown, and the Wolverines now lead 21-7. The last 21 points have been scored by Michigan. Gallon’s 10 -yard touchdown grab polished off a seven-play, 86-yard drive to give Michigan the lead, 21-7. The Wolverines used a 47-yard pass from quarterback Devin Gardner to fuel the drive.
Michigan scored 14 points in the second quarter, and the Wolverines now lead 14-7. Michigan finished with 112 yards through the air and 71 on the ground in the quarter. The last 14 points have been scored by the Wolverines.
