Friday night’s episode of The Big Ten Football Report at 8 p.m. ET is packed with interviews leading up to Saturday’s games, just like the video of the chat Dave Revsine had with Penn State’s Derek Moye on Thursday night in this post. On Friday our crews will talk with Nebraska’s Bo Pelini, Michigan State’s Mark Dantonio, and Ohio State’s Luke Fickell while studio host Mike Hall will chat with Wisconsin’s Russell Wilson and Illinois’ Ron Zook. We’ll also have a segment with BTN.com senior writer Tom Dienhart, who will break down the divisional races in the Legends and Leaders divisions.
With no time left on the clock, Michigan State’s quarterback Kirk Cousins threw a Hail Mary to the end zone that bounced off of B.J. Cunningham’s helmet into the hands of wide receiver Keith Nichol, who drives to the end zone to give Michigan State the win over previously undefeated Wisconsin. That play cemented Nichol’s place in Michigan State history and represented the culmination of an amazing journey.
On Thursday night’s episode of “BTN Live,” Dave Revsine, Glen Mason, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith covered a host of topics in 60 minutes, including interviews with Penn State’s Derek Moye and Illinois’ Whitney Mercilus. One key part of the show is “ReJoice Mail” where fans can call and give their reaction to any game, their team or a player. Check it out now and join in next time by calling (319) BIGTEN-1 and maybe your message will get on air.

Michigan’s trip to Iowa is without a doubt the biggest Big Ten clash of the weekend. It’s a key battle in a Legends Division race that is wide open and features four schools still in the thick of the hunt: Nebraska, Michigan State, Michigan and Iowa. Suffice it to say, neither the Wolverines nor the Hawkeyes can afford to lose. And the fact it’s a road game makes matters more difficult for Michigan, playing just its third game away from the Big House this season and in the midst of playing four road games in a five-game stretch.
