The votes are in, and our viewers selected Purdue’s overtime victory over Ohio State as our Big Ten Football Game of the Week. Catch the game at 9 p.m. ET Sunday on BTN. If you missed it the first time, you don’t want to miss it again tonight. The Boilermakers needed heroics to card their second consecutive upset over the Buckeyes at Ross-Ade Stadium. It took a bit for University of Iowa head coach Lisa Bluder’s Hawkeyes to hit their stride Saturday night, but after a slow start, the Iowa women’s basketball team nearly reached triple digits in the first game of the 2011-12 season. Junior Jaime Printy led the Hawkeyes (1-0) with 24 points in a 90-81 win over Harvard (0-1). Watch highlights from the game now.

Saturday’s annual Wisconsin-Minnesota game was decided rather early – the Badgers won 42-13 – but there was plenty of late action worth watching on BTN. For example, Goldy the Gopher and Bucky the Badger did a little WWE stunt that delighted the crowd. Oh, and Wisconsin’s Montee Ball set the Big Ten record for touchdowns in a season. Watch the mascots get after it here and see Ball put his name atop the Big Ten record book in this post.
(AP) Montee Ball broke the Big Ten’s single-season touchdown record and 16th-ranked Wisconsin trampled Minnesota 42-13 to keep Paul Bunyan’s Axe for the eighth straight year – and stay in the conference title chase. Russell Wilson had a season-high four touchdown passes. He was on target with every throw and every decision, connecting on all but his last throw, a deep ball that Nick Toon had in his hands but let trickle out as he hit the turf hard midway through the third quarter. Toon, who finished with eight catches for 100 yards and two scores, was shaken up on that play. Wilson went 16 for 17 for 178 yards. In just 10 games, Ball has 27 total touchdowns.
