Buckeyes Head to Final Four

Big Ten Player of the Year Draymond Green and Jared Sullinger were named John R. Wooden All-Americans and first-team AP All-America on Monday. Green averaged 16.2 ppg, 10.6 rpg, 3.8 apg, 1.5 spg and 1 bpg, while Sullinger contributed 17.6 ppg, 9.1 rpg, 1.2 apg, 1.2 spg and 1 bpg. Both players led their teams to a share of the Big Ten crown, along with Michigan, and Sullinger has Ohio State in the Final Four. See all the teams in this post.

Wisconsin at Iowa - Softball Highlights

Wisconsin held off Iowa, 5-4, Sunday in the rubber game of this weekend’s Big Ten-opening series. Marissa Mersch went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs to pace the Badgers’ eight-hit attack. Cassandra Darrah (9-5) earned the win for Wisconsin, scattering 10 hits and allowing four earned runs en route to the complete game victory. Iowa’s Katie Kiem blasted a home run and drove in a game-high three runs. Chelsea Lyon (5-10) took the loss, surrendering four earned runs in 5 1/3 innings. Get all of Sunday’s results.

Ohio State vs. Syracuse - 2012 NCAA Tournament Analysis

(AP) Jared Sullinger recovered from first-half foul trouble to score 19 points and grab seven rebounds, helping Ohio State beat Syracuse 77-70 on Saturday to advance to the Final Four. It will be the Buckeyes’ first trip to the NCAA semifinals since 2007. Deshaun Thomas scored 14 with nine rebounds for Ohio State (31-7), which led by eight points with 59 seconds to play and held on after the Orange cut it to three.
