Ohio State has announced that Braxton Miller will miss his second straight game as he recovers from a knee injury suffered in the Buckeyes’ Week 2 win over San Diego State. “He didn’t feel he’s ready to go,” said head coach Urban Meyer when asked about Miller’s status leading up to today’s game.
Ready for another jam-packed Big Ten football Saturday? We sure are! In order to get you ready for the action, here is a rundown of all 10 games on the slate and a recap of this week’s action leading up to Saturday. I had this ninth grade English teacher named Mr. Trent at West Lafayette High School. And every Friday, he’d give us a “Super Quiz.” Only he spelled Quiz “Kwiz.” Man, I hated that. And I hated his quizzes even more. They ruined the Friday of every 14-year-old. So, it is in the late Mr. Trent’s honor that I present you with this week’s B1G grid quiz. Good luck. You’ll need it—or maybe not.
Each week during the season, BTN.com web editor Sean Merriman and a featured guest will debate a topic related to Big Ten football. This week, Ohio State beat writer Kyle Rowland and I debate the following question: “Assuming Braxton Miller is cleared to play this week against Florida A&M, should he start, or should Ohio State stick with backup Kenny Guiton?”
It’s that time of the week again, time for Four Downs, an informative and fun look at the Saturday ahead.
