Indiana makes Miller 9th women's hoops coach

Indiana University Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass announced Wednesday the  hiring of Curt Miller, who owns the 16th-best winning percentage in NCAA Division I history, as IU’s new head women’s basketball coach. Glass and Miller agreed to a six- year contract, starting at a salary of $275,000 per year.

And as he embarks on another spring practice, he faces a unique set of challenges he never before has encountered. Chief among the challenges is developing chemistry on a coaching staff that long has been a beacon of stability but has been shaken up like never before on Ferentz’s watch. Hurwitz, Chmielewski Introduce the Illini
