It’s a good thing the Michigan State baseball team wasn’t scheduled to play at home this weekend, because McLane Baseball Stadium was under water. That’s right, Mother Nature flooded the Spartans’ entire complex. Turns out, snow and unplayable field conditions wiped out Michigan State’s three-game series at Minnesota, so it didn’t really matter after all. Watch a quick video of the scene at the stadium here.

The Ohio State baseball team earned its second consecutive series win with a 7-3 victory over Illinois on Sunday at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. With the win, the Buckeyes improve to 25-13 on the season, 9-6 in Big Ten play, while the Illini fall to 24-12, 6-6 in the conference.
