The Big Ten bowl matchups have been announced. And there are some interesting clashes.
The 2013-14 bowl schedule was announced Sunday night, and the Big Ten received two BCS bowl berths. Big Ten champion Michigan State is headed to the Rose Bowl to play Stanford, while Leaders Division champion Ohio State is off to the Orange Bowl to take on Clemson. Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin also received bowl bids. See the Big Ten’s full bowl slate in this post.
It was a special day Sunday for Michigan State wrestler Mike McClure. Not only did the heavyweight record a major decision over Wisconsin’s Connor Medbery, he did it in front of all of his siblings. That’s four brothers and one sister. And mom was there, too, wearing a “Fear the Mullet” t-shirt. Watch the moment in this video.
