Ever see 10 consecutive free throws in a game? You have if you saw Ohio State’s 76-60 victory over Northwestern on Wednesday night. A scuffle with 5:24 left in the second half led to the ejections of Northwestern’s Nikola Cerina and Ohio State’s LaQuinton Ross, and after an extended delay to sort out all of the penalties, the Buckeyes shot four free throws and the Wildcats six. Northwestern and Ohio State Players Shoving Match

Northwestern’s Nikola Cerina has been issued a one-game suspension for throwing a punch in Wednesday night’s scuffle at Ohio State, according to Big Ten official Ray Perone. Cerina, who was thrown out of the game, along with Ohio State’s LaQuinton Ross, will sit out Saturday vs. Indiana. Ross, who was ejected for pushing Cerina and Drew Crawford, will not be suspended.
