Penn State seniors David Taylor (165-pound) and Ed Ruth (184-pound) joined the rare group with impressive title victories Sunday in Madison, Wis. Ohio State honored a pair of special seniors prior to Sunday night’s win over No. 22 Michigan State in the season finale at Value City Arena. Those seniors, of course, would be guards Aaron Craft and Lenzelle Smith, who have, at worst, led the Buckeyes to the Sweet 16 every year in Columbus. Minnesota honored its senior players prior to Sunday night’s game vs. Penn State. The Williams Arena faithful showered Maverick Ahanmisi, Austin Hollins, Oto Osenieks and Malik Smith with plenty of love. Ahanmisi and Hollins were the lone four-year players, while Osenieks played three years and recently decided to call it a career and Smith was a one-year reserve.
