Legendary Purdue coach Gene Keady, currently an assistant at St. John’s, attended Wednesday night’s Michigan-Purdue game at Mackey Arena. And he had a couple distinguished visitors track him down during the first half. Former Purdue stars Glenn Robinson and Brian Cardinal found Keady’s seats and visited the coach for a few moments. Nebraska will close down the Devaney Center – basketball-wise, at least – against Minnesota at 9 p.m. ET Wednesday on BTN/BTN2Go. And to celebrate the occasion, the Huskers will wear the uniform the program wore when the area opened in 1976-77. There are plenty of other festivities planned for Wednesday, too, including Senior Night.
