It’s Tuesday. Not sure about the significance of Tuesday. There never really has been significance to Tuesday. So, let’s just jump right into daily links. The lack of quarterbacking heft in the Big Ten has been fairly well documented the last few years. But, in case you have forgotten, here is this little reminder: Davey O’Brien award announced its 16 semifinalists. And only one Big Ten quarterback made the cut: Ohio State’s Braxton Miller.
Unpredictable has been the word most commonly uttered to describe this year’s Big Ten women’s volleyball season. Until the past few weeks, there was a genuine sentiment that any team had a chance to pull off a win, regardless of the matchup. However, as so often has been the case in this conference over the past decade, Penn State has asserted itself and begun to separate from the rest of the pack.
