Big win for Michigan last night, wading into Ohio State and prevailing. This was a Wolverines team that was slumping, having lost two of three games. And the Buckeyes were rolling, ripping off three victories in a row. No matter, Michigan won to stay atop the Big Ten. Has this team had a more impressive win all season? Nope.
CHICAGO –Registration opens at 10 AM today for the BTN Big 10K, the summer race that turns the Chicago lakefront into a Big Ten Tailgate Party. The nationally televised 10K and 5K races return to Soldier Field on Saturday, July 26. Special Olympics Chicago is the race’s charity partner for the second straight year.

(AP) Nik Stauskas scored 15 points and Derrick Walton III added 13 – including three critical free throws with 1:55 left – to power No. 15 Michigan to a 70-60 victory over No. 22 Ohio State on Tuesday night. The victory ended a nine-game losing skid over the last 11 years in Columbus for the Wolverines (18-6, 10-2), who came into the game tied for the top spot in the conference with Michigan State.

For Ohio State, when it plays rival Michigan, the letter “M” doesn’t exist. So, it should come as no surprise that in the program for Tuesday night’s Michigan at Ohio State game the letter “M” was ignored. Not only that, it referred to Michigan as “The School Up North.” Check out a photo of it in this post.
